How do I get my course completion certificate? 

Once you complete a Clinician Certificate course, you will get access to your completion certificate.   

 

What is the difference between a Course Completion Certificate and a Continuing Education Certificate?  
A course completion certificate is a certificate that shows you completed one of our Clinician Certificate Courses. A Continuing Education Certificate is for clinicians who want to receive continuing education credit for eligible courses. These certificates are specific to the licensure/certification board.  

 

How do I receive CE units for a course? 

At the end of a course eligible for continuing education you will be asked which type of continuing education certificate you would like to receive. Based on this, you will be assigned a survey to complete on your dashboard. To receive units and a continuing education certificate, you must complete and submit the survey. Once you have received a continuing education certificate you can access it anytime in your Classroom dashboard.

How do I register and login for a capstone session?

Capstone sessions are only accessible through the Catalight Classroom. You will be prompted to register for an upcoming date from a list provided when you have completed the required units within the course. You must attend a capstone to continue to the final exam for the course. To access your capstone on the date of the event, simply login to your Catalight Classroom account, select the course you are attending for, and click "Join" no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the event beginning. 

I need more support; how do I sign up for Open Office Hours?

Open Office Hours are available to all CCS Network clinicians who have taken a Certificate Course. You can see the calendar and register by viewing the calendar on your Catalight Classroom dashboard.

I completed my Certificate Course in the previous platform of Catalight Classroom. How do I get Open Office Hours assigned for this new platform?

If you completed a Clinician Certificate Course in our previous Catalight Classroom, please send an email to education@catalight.org so we can verify your completion in the former platform, (Syntrio) and assign you the Office Hours course in our new and improved Catalight Classroom platform.
